When you donate to UCF, you can contribute to “greatest need” or you can direct your contributions more specifically to align with your own interests or passion. Since we have many projects and most are multi-year, a “greatest need” donation helps us direct funds where and when they are needed to ensure all projects can move forward.

UCF’s Research Grant Program funds projects that advance the practice or delivery of Urgent Care medicine, investigate Urgent Care’s roles and challenges, and explore Urgent Care’s impacts on the delivery of healthcare.
Research priorities are reviewed annually in collaboration with the College of Urgent Care Medicine and the Urgent Care Association.
Our efforts to raise awareness of Urgent Care encompass both patients and healthcare workers through public relations and education campaigns. These efforts also support the long-term advocacy work of the Urgent Care Association by ensuring all healthcare stakeholders are educated about Urgent Care.
UCF annually determines additional projects to undertake outside of original research or raising awareness. These have included projects on sexual health, Antibiotic Stewardship, early identification of diabetes, influenza, and diversity/equity/inclusion.
